About Us
Lasharela LLC was established in 1996 with the aim of meeting international standards from the very beginning. In 2012, we upgraded our equipment to ensure the production of the highest quality goods; this initiative included the implementation of an integrated food safety and quality management system. Both local and foreign specialists participated in establishing this system, resulting in the company obtaining ISO 22000 certification. Lasharela LLC is a pioneer and leader in Georgia within the livestock processing sector. The company operates state-of-the-art processing lines for both cattle and small ruminants (sheep and goats). Our goal is to enhance product quality and refine our technological processes. We were the first to export lamb to markets including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman, Doha, and Dubai.
